Sublimation Directions:

* Do NOT place the shrink wrap on bare metal as it will melt onto your tumbler! ALWAYS wrap your tumbler fully with butcher paper first THEN use your shrink wrap over that.

• Heat Press: 400F 50Seconds
• Oven:  320F 6 Min.

There are many videos and instructions on how to sublimate these in a mug/tumbler press or in a convection toaster oven. We suggest you research this topic since there are many different ways to sublimate sippy cups.
